Greener Realty Association (GRA) Mandate & Plan

GRA’s goal is to realize the potential REALTORS have as communicators and Agents of Change in shifting the way we use and value resources and property in BC by:

A) Establishing REALTOR education & awareness-building programs related to the greener aspects of homes and communities.  

B) Aid in the development of infrastructure and tools that support Green Realty Practice IE. Green additions to MLS.

C) Facilitating a green-realty public education campaign to build a critical mass-awareness of green programs (ecoENERGY Efficiency, R2000, BuiltGreen, etc) to help future bylaws and legislation be understood, accepted and adopted.


The Association furthers it’s presence by advancing awareness of green real estate practices to the general public through information booths, public speaking engagements, and various media.
